Acceptance

By accessing or using Verifylancer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

You are responsible for the information you provide, maintaining account security, and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Verifylancer.

Payments (future)

Verifylancer may introduce payments, escrow, and subscription features in the future. If and when available, additional terms may apply and will be presented before you use those features.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you do not have permission to access, or engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity. Off-platform deals may remove your eligibility for platform protections.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, where required, binding arbitration.
